GHS Enterprise - about us
GHS Enterprise is a non-profit making subsidiary company of the Gujarat Hindu Society - a registered charity that provides a range of social and cultural facilities for local people.
GHS
Enterprise was founded in 2004, with a remit to raise funds that could be
ploughed back to support the local community and to help finance the various
services provided at the GHS Centre. In order to achieve this goal, it generates
revenue by hiring out the Centre's many meeting and conference rooms and
by delivering a professional conference support service.
Today, GHS Enterprise is a thriving business that counts amongst its many clients local authorities, NHS Trusts, community groups and private businesses of all sizes. The GHS Centre hosts numerous education classes and incorporates an IT suite that is freely available for use by local residents. The GHS Centre is also the venue for the annual Health Mela, a major event on the regional healthcare calendar that has achieved national acclaim as an example of best practice in community engagement.
